Natural Product Limitations

Leather
Suede
Fur
Mukluks
PomPoms

Suede & Leather (non waterproof)

The natural materials used are soft and can absorb water. Our hides are not pre-treated with waterproofing chemicals. Please treat your footwear appropriately to protect them from the rain and snow. We recommend using a leather and suede spray to protect them.

Pompoms, Ties & Straps

Do not pull hard on these and please be careful with them. It is best to tie your mukluks once in a good knot rather then to keep retying them.

Crepe Sole

This is a soft, natural rubber. Products with these soles should only be used for indoor & light outdoor use. They are not intended for use everyday on highly abrasive concrete environments.

Fur

Over time, fur sheds. Frequent friction can cause the fur to shed much faster. The fur should never be pulled on or subject to abrasive chemicals or salt. The fur has natural oils to protect it from most elements.

They will stretch to approximately half a size with wear to form a comfortable custom fit. This is due to the natural materials used.

It is normal for your toes to touch the tip of the footwear on the inside. However your toes should not be curled or causing discomfort of pain.
